Norris Barger will present a resolution declaring approximately 0.842 acres of land located at Ecusta Road, Lot 1, as surplus property. The land is currently being used as a baseball field by the Transylvania Little League and is no longer being used by the school system. Once the property is declared surplus, it may be offered to the County for purchase. If the Board of Commissioners choose not to purchase the property, the board may enter into a lease agreement with the City for the property. A plat showing the property and the resolution are attached.

A motion would be in order to approve the resolution declaring surplus property.
