Earlier this spring, the School Bond Construction Committee interviewed a number of architectural and CMAR (construction manager at risk) firms for construction and renovations at Brevard High School and Rosman Middle/High School. After much work, the committee members narrowed the field down to their top three choices in each category. At its work session on May 21, the board reviewed and discussed the committee’s recommendations.
The board may take action at this time to name an architectural firm and CMAR (construction manager at risk) firm for the bond construction/renovation projects at Brevard High School, Rosman Middle School, and Rosman High School.
