Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(1), 143-318.11(a)(3), and 115C-319 through -321, the board will go into closed session to (1) consult with the board attorney regarding a legal matter, and (2) discuss a confidential personnel matter (superintendent’s annual evaluation).
