Rosman Mayor Brian Shelton has requested that the Board of Education grant an easement that would allow the construction of a walking path between the exterior fencing at Rosman Elementary School and the French Broad River. The deed of easement and a plat of the area are attached as first-read information. Dr. McDaris will answer any questions you may have. Approval of the easement will be requested at the next regular meeting on June 19.
