The board will entertain a motion to go into closed session pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(1) to consider confidential personnel matters protected by G.S. § 115C-319-321; subsection (a)(3) to consider matters covered by the attorney-client privilege; and (a)(6) to consider the qualifications for initial employment of a public officer or official.
