Norris Barger received bids on May 28 for the following projects. The full bid tabulation is attached.
- BES track resurfacing
- BMS upper drive/parking resurfacing
- RES parking/drive resurfacing and emergency access
- RHS paving in front of home bleachers
These projects were bid as a package to promote better pricing. Rosman High School concrete and Rosman Elementary School emergency access were bid as alternates because of the nature of the projects.
Mr. Barger recommends contract awards and a proposal for funding as follows:

In order to include the alternates that were bid we would need to request from the county manager that funds be transferred within line items because the county funded us by line item.

A motion is in order to approve the recommendations and to authorize the superintendent to enter into contracts and request line item budget transfers from the county manager.
