|
On November 19, the board approved a resolution declaring a parcel of land on Ecusta Road, Lot 1, as surplus property. The land is currently being used as a baseball field by the Transylvania Little League and is no longer being used by the school system. The resolution has been revised based on feedback from the county commissioners. Mr. Donnahoo will discuss the revisions and answer any questions you may have.
A motion is in order to approve the revised resolution declaring surplus property.
