Mr. Barger and Dr. McDaris will present the most recent information on the FY19 budget. The latest draft documents are attached.

Mr. Barger will request approval of an application for the release of $111,265 in state lottery funds for replacement of the main section of the Brevard Middle School roof. The application must also be approved by the county commissioners. The application is attached.

A motion is in order to request the release of $111,265 from the Public School Building Capital Fund (Lottery Distribution) for the Brevard Middle School roof replacement project.
