*Three board members are registered to attend the NCSBA Annual Conference in Greensboro on November 16-18. The board’s regular business meeting is scheduled for November 16. The superintendent will recommend that the board change the date of its November meeting to Thursday, November 19, 2015 in order to have a quorum in attendance.
A motion is in order to reschedule the November board meeting from Monday, November 16 to Thursday, November 19, 2015.
**In recognition of the Martin Luther King, Jr., holiday on Monday, January 18, 2016, the regular monthly meeting for January will be held on Tuesday, January 19.
