The Board will entertain a Motion to go into closed session pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3), 143-318.11(a)(1), and 115C-319-321, to consult with the Board attorney regarding attorney-client privilege legal matters and a confidential personnel matter.
A motion is in order for the Board to enter into closed session.
