Board member Chris Wiener has requested that a subcommittee be formed to review policy 4326, Random Drug Testing of Students, and report its findings to the board. He is concerned that the policy may violate students’ rights. A copy of policy 4326 is attached.
The board may entertain a motion to form a subcommittee to review policy 4326 and report its findings to the board.
