At the September 3 meeting, the board accepted the superintendent’s proposal to ask the county to hire a bond project manager to oversee the bond-funded capital projects and authorized her to negotiate with the county manager in order to bring the proposal back for approval on September 16. Dr. Fletcher and Mrs. Laughter were not able to meet until September 24. Dr. Fletcher will give an update from that discussion.
