Director Missy Ellenberger will present a request from the TCS School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) to adopt a resolution in support of raising the minimum age to purchase tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, from 18 to 21.  A letter from the SHAC and the resolution are attached.  Beth Hyatt (Healthy Communities Coordinator for Transylvania Public Health), Tobin Lee (Regional Tobacco Manager for Mountain Wise), and Kristen Gentry (Program Director for the CARE Coalition) will be here to answer questions.
