The Brevard High Fine Arts Department is proposing to build a performance amphitheater for the program. The project would consist of a brick/concrete stage with wood pergola. The masonry department will build the stage and is charging the Fine Arts Department $2,730. The Fine Arts Department will cover all expenses using club/organization funds. Total cost of the project is estimated to be $6,000-$7,000. A concept rendering is attached.

The project as planned would not interfere with any new construction planned. Fine Arts would like to get started in March and have the project completed by the end of school. Norris Barger will review the proposal and answer any questions you may have. Action on the proposal will be requested at the next meeting on March 16.
