At the June 15 meeting, Carroll Parker, Chairman of the Transylvania County Community Land Trust (TCCLT), gave an update on the Gillespie Circle project and presented options for the Board’s consideration. Copies of the presentation materials are attached.
The Board may discuss options and take action at this time.
