*Next month’s board meeting is currently scheduled for December 21, 2015. Because December 21 and 22 are designated as annual leave days (and the start of the Christmas break), it is likely that many employees will not be working on those days. Therefore, the superintendent would like to recommend that the board change the December meeting date to Monday, December 14, 2015.
If the board agrees, a motion would be in order to reschedule next month’s board meeting from December 21, 2015 to December 14, 2015.
**In recognition of the Martin Luther King, Jr., holiday on Monday, January 18, 2016, the regular monthly meeting for January will be held on Tuesday, January 19.
