The Transylvania County Board of Education will hold a special meeting on June 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Morris Education Center, 225 Rosenwald Lane, Brevard. The purpose of the meeting is to elect officers and discuss the process and timeline for the selection of a new board member. The meeting is open to the public.
