Dr. Lisa Fletcher will present for Board approval a distribution request from the North Carolina Education Lottery Fund to the Public School Building Capital Fund in accordance with NC General Statutes, Chapter 18C. The request is being made to fund the CENTEGIX Safety Platform, which is a comprehensive school solution to enhance school security and safety. The Request form provides additional project details and can be viewed on our website. Dr. Fletcher will open the floor to questions from the Board.
A motion is in order to approve submission of the State Education Lottery Distribution Request, pending Board of Commissioners’ approval.
