Dr. Brian Weaver will give an update on the HVAC improvement project at Davidson River School and request approval to proceed with the project. The contract and supporting documents are attached.
A motion is in order to approve the contract between the Transylvania County Board of Education and Protec Industrial Services, LLC in the amount of $264,867 for HVAC improvements at Davidson River School.
