Director Alan Justice will present bids for the Rosman High School baseball field improvements (see attached bid tabulation). Austin Construction Company in Horse Shoe submitted the low bid in the amount of $297,408.00 A copy of the notice of award is attached. Board approval is required for purchases in excess of $90,000. Mr. Justice will discuss the project and answer any questions you may have.
A motion is in order to approve Austin Construction Company as the low bidder for the Rosman High School baseball field improvements pending contract review and approval by the board attorney.
