Special recognitions will be given to Marty Griffin and Courtney Domokur, whose tenures on the Transylvania County Board of Education will end at the end of this month. Mr. Griffin has served on the board since 2014 and Mrs. Domokur has served since 2018. Each member has devoted countless hours to supporting public education and serving the students and staff of Transylvania County Schools. The board will present engraved plaques to Mr. Griffin and Mrs. Domokur in appreciation for their dedicated service and outstanding leadership, which will be followed by a short recess and reception.
