Mr. Barger will provide an update on the school bond construction projects.
The board attorney will review changes to the architect’s contract and the CMAR’s contract.   
 
A motion is in order to approve the final contract with Clark Nexsen, Inc., for architectural and design services for renovations and additions to Brevard High School, Rosman High School, and Rosman Middle School. 
 
A motion is in order to approve the final contract with James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction Company, Inc., for construction management at risk (CMAR) services for renovations and additions to Brevard High School, Rosman High School, and Rosman Middle School.
